PATRON SERVICES

 

Patron Services Director- position filled

May 15 arrive / July 30 depart 
$5,000 stipend / up to $300 travel / single occupancy dorm housing / 11 meals a week

Responsible for:

● Managing the Festival Ticket Office and Stratford Room
● Working directly with the Artistic Director to order all TSF merchandise sold in the gift shop and the concessions area
●  Cooperating with TSF Foundation Board members in organizing and displaying consignment or silent auction items during the season 
● Assisting with the computerized ticketing system, selling tickets and taking reservations both on the phone and at the window
● Coordinating the preparation and delivery of daily reports for the Ticket Office and the Stratford Room
● Supervising front of house, working with a volunteer ushers and greeters
● Performing other duties subject to a reasonable agreement between the Artistic Director and/or her agent
● Presenting professional demeanor and appearance, in accordance with Festival guidelines
● Supervising all Ticket Office and Stratford Room associates
● Assisting with company strike

 

Ticket Office Manager- position filled

May 15 arrive / July 30 depart 
$4,000 stipend / up to $300 travel / double occupancy dorm housing / 11
 meals a week

Responsible for:

● Managing the Festival Ticket Office
● Selling tickets, both on the phone and at the window for all Festival events
● Preparing and delivering daily sales reports for the ticket office
● Maintaining and ordering stock for the ticket office
● Assisting with the set-up of the ticket office and lobby
● Assisting with company strike
● Performing other duties, as needed, subject to a reasonable agreement with the Artistic Director and/or her agent
● Presenting professional demeanor and appearance, in accordance with Festival guidelines

Patron Services Associate (4)

May 15 arrive / July 30 depart
$3,000 stipend / up to $300 travel /double occupancy dorm housing / 11 meals a week

Responsible for:

● Working in the Ticket Office and the Stratford Room or Concessions, as assigned
● Selling tickets, both on the phone and at the window for all Festival events
● Processing mail orders
● Assisting with publicity efforts of the festival
● Working with volunteers as an usher and greeter as requested
● Working in the Stratford Room Gift Shop and Concession area
● Assisting with company strike
● Performing other duties as needed, subject to a reasonable agreement with the Artist Director and/or her agent
● Presenting professional demeanor and appearance, in accordance with Festival guidelines
