ABOUT THE GUILD

The Guild was founded in 1994 to provide volunteer support for the Texas Shakespeare Festival. Anyone interested in the promotion, support, and well-being of the Texas Shakespeare Festival is invited to become a Member of the Guild.  As the volunteer arm of the Texas Shakespeare Festival Foundation, Guild Members join annually from far and near.  Members’ dues provide meals, purchase Festival wish list items and sponsor events for the Company Artists while they are in residence.  In addition, members may volunteer as auditorium greeters, host company members and participate with the Lunch Bunch.

As a Member of the Guild, you receive three Guild newsletters per year, via e-mail or mail.  You are invited to special Festival and Guild events.  You are also invited to purchase tickets online for the Festival summer season before they are available to the public, insuring your preferred seating.

Membership Year: September 1st-August 31st annually for both renewing and first-time members.
