WHAT TO EXPECT
We are pleased to share an **update** on the Texas Shakespeare Festival's upcoming season.
When we announced our reopening, we shared our plans for social distancing and face coverings in the auditorium. In the weeks that followed the CDC has stated that social distancing is no longer necessary for fully vaccinated individuals. Therefore, we have decided that we will be increasing our audience capacity to 100%, allowing for more patrons to attend the summer productions. We will also make mask-wearing optional in accordance with Governor Abbott's recent declaration and the updated guidelines from Kilgore College found here.
We are still anticipating that there will be many open seats as some patrons are not ready to return to gatherings of this kind, so we are leaving our Empty Seat Campaign active, and we thank all of you that have donated to this effort.
Tickets are currently available online, and can be purchased by phone and in-person beginning on Saturday May 29th. Thank you, as always, for your support and we look forward to seeing you at the theatre this summer!
Tickets are currently available online only. Our ticket office is not officially open until May 29th. If you find you need help, please call
