reach someone in the ticket office, leave a message and a daytime
telephone number and we will return your call to confirm your order.
Your tickets will be held for you at the will-call table where you
can pick them up when you arrive for your first performance date. (Note:
There is a $2 credit card charge.)
By
Mail - Complete
the order form on the Season Brochure
and mail with payment to TSF Box Office, 1100 Broadway, Kilgore,
TX 75662-3204. Include a daytime telephone number and you will receive
a return call to confirm your order. Your
tickets will be held for you at the will-call table where you can
pick them up when you arrive for your first performance date.
By
Fax - Make
a copy of the ticket order form on the Season
Brochure and FAX it to (903) 983-8124. Do not include your credit card number. But
do include a daytime phone number and an office assistant
will call you. Your

In
Person - Come by the
TSF Box Office in the Anne Dean Turk Fine Arts Center. Hwy.
259 South and Brook Ave. (east
side of the crosswalk), on the Kilgore College campus. Box Office
hours are 9:00 a.m. - 5:30 p.m., Tuesday through Saturday starting Wednesday,
May 28rd for
current TSF Guild Members, or Wednesday,
June 4th for
the general public. The
Box Office is closed on Mondays.
Special
Needs - Special parking and seating are available
for our patrons in wheelchairs. Please notify the Box Office of any
special needs when you order your tickets.
Exchanges
- Equal exchanges may be made up to 24 hours before
performances. Patrons will be responsible for the difference in price
if the ticket is exchanged for a higher priced ticket. Expired tickets
cannot be exchanged.
Refund
Policy - All sales are final. No refunds are offered on returned or unused tickets or for the difference
in ticket prices if exchanges are made for lower priced tickets.
We welcome your donation of unused tickets for possible resale.
Such a donation may qualify as a tax-deductible contribution.

on group rates is available by calling the Box Office at 903-983-8601.

Notes:

Always
check the date and time printed on your tickets since all tickets
are valid for only one specific performance.

cannot make unpaid reservations.

We
make every effort to start all performances on time. Please
plan to arrive at the theatre 15 minutes before curtain. Late
arrivals will be seated at the discretion of the House Manager.

Unclaimed
tickets are subject to resale at curtain time.

Children
under five years of age will not be admitted into the theatre
except for performances of the
children's show.
-
Cameras,
cellular phones, pagers or recording devices are not allowed
in the theatre; these items may be checked at the Box Office
prior to the performance.
