Texas Shakespeare Festival’s 26th Season Auditioning Methods

1 In Person:

  • At Kilgore College on January 9, 2010. Call 903-983-8119 for appointment.
  • At the Unified Professional Theatre Auditions in Memphis, DATES TBA

2. Online:

  • Send a link to an Internet site containing your recorded audition (your personal website; YouTube; Facebook, etc.)
  • Send an Email notice: Texas Shakespeare Festival Auditions
  • Deadline: TBA

3. By Mail:

  • Submit a DVD or VHS along with a headshot and resume.
  • Address: TSF Casting; 1100 Broadway; Kilgore, TX 75662-3402.
  • Deadline: TBA

Auditions should consist of two one-minute Shakespeare monologues and, if you sing,
16 bars of an appropriate song that reveals vocal range.


Downloadable Audition Practice Music will be available here for download by Nov. 1, 2010


TSF is seeking actors with classical training who are eager to work as part of an ensemble in true rotating repertory format. All actors are cast in three of the five shows.
