The Festival’s properties shop is located on the first floor of the Festival Center.   There is a small prop storage space adjacent to the shop and another larger storage space located a block for the Festival Center.  There is also a small hand props storage area  located in the basement of the Anne Dean Turk Fine Arts Center.

The Properties Department consist of the Properties / Scenic Designer, properties supervisor, properties artisan, and two properties interns.

Properties Designer as serves as the Festival’s Scenic Designer and is responsible for the design or acquisition of all properties elements for the five-show season.

Properties Supervisor works closely with the Properties Designer to determine the needs of the Festival’s production and is responsible for the construction or acquisition of all properties for the six-show season.  Is responsible for organizing and maintaining the properties budget, build, and deadline schedule.

Properties Artisan works closely with the Properties Designer and Properties Supervisor in the  construction or acquisition of all properties for the six-show season.  Is responsible for organizing and maintaining the properties budget, build, and deadline schedule. Will serve on the properties running and change-over crew.

Properties Intern (2) will serve as a Technical Intern assigned primarily to the properties department and is responsible for all properties duties that are deemed necessary and appropriate. Will also serve on properties running and change-over crew.
